Do I need to register my product?
Registration is not required to make a warranty claim — your order number is sufficient. However, we recommend registering at playtexbaby.com/register so we can reach you with any important product updates.
Is the H15 covered by insurance?
The H15 is HSA and FSA eligible. Insurance coverage depends on your individual plan. Contact your insurance provider directly or email us at help@playtexbaby.com for guidance on fulfillment pathways.
What if my pump arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll ship a replacement within 2 business days at no charge.
Can I get replacement parts without a warranty claim?
Yes. Replacement silicone membranes, valves, flanges, and inserts are available for purchase at playtexbaby.com. Consumable parts are expected to be replaced over time with regular use.
Is this warranty valid outside the United States?
This warranty applies to purchases made through authorized U.S. retailers and playtexbaby.com. For international inquiries, contact help@playtexbaby.com.
