Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times
Most orders ship from our Connecticut warehouse, allowing for fast delivery across the Northeast.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and selected delivery speed. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on site.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or resolve immediately.
